ORGANIC OATS
We use certified organic rolled oats in our savory granola. Not only are oats a great source of fiber and amino acids, they also provide healthy amounts of protein and iron. Moreover, eating oats helps to lower the LDL, or “bad” cholesterol levels in the body, which in turn can reduce the risk of heart disease.

ORGANIC UNSWEETENED COCONUT & ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
We use certified organic coconut in our savory granola. Coconut is surprisingly high in potassium, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, and calcium. It is also a source of other important trace minerals. Toasting the coconut adds just a hint of sweetness, which adds a distinctive flavor to our granola. The coconut we use contains no sulfites. Our coconut oil is also organic.

SLICED ALMONDS
Almonds are high in fiber, protein, Omega 6 fatty acids, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc! Our sliced almonds give a toasted, crunchy sweetness to our granola.

ORGANIC 100% PURE NATURAL VERMONT MAPLE SYRUP
We use certified organic Vermont maple syrup in all of our granola flavors. Our Vermont maple syrup is made by boiling the sap of maple trees, with absolutely nothing added (including sugar). The Vermont maple syrup adds a slightly sweet flavor to our granola, without using processed sugars!
